Agreement
By using the D2 WebTech website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific agreements and statements of work take precedence for contracted work.
Services
We provide web design, development, mobile apps, and related digital services as described in proposals and contracts agreed with each client.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as defined in the project agreement. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.
Payment
Payment schedules are outlined in each proposal. Work may pause if invoices are overdue beyond agreed terms.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
